The Mukhia buy only second hand solar lamps and earns huge money as a commission.There might be a few Mukhia who could have done some genuine work too for the general public but 99% of these elected representatives are cornering all the mullah for themselves.Block Level Officers guide them and hone their corruption skills.Everybody is benefiting from the huge fund flow in the rural area except the general public.
Complaints are made but nothing happens.The vigilance department was informed about the corrupt practises of the Koilakh Mukhia but no enquiry has been ordered.People thus assume that all these loud idealistic pronouncements are just public relation exercises.The officials are not bothered at all.Vigilance pick up some rouge guy who defy their order on some pretext and that action is displayed prominently in the morning newspapers.
Now the ordinary people have started believing that this government too has succumbed to its corrupt bureaucracy and there is loot-khasoot all around.Wake Up Nitish Kumar !
